Headgear and singlet recommended. Workout clothes are OK. Wrestling shoes are required.
Most tournaments charge an entry fee of $15 for one bracket, $20/30 for two brackets.

8:30am Arrive at tournament to weigh-in
10am Wrestling starts
3-4pm Wrestling ends
